Intern — AI, Software, Data & Digital Platforms
Support TYSAPA’s product, AI, software, data, design, and client-delivery work while gaining practical experience in real digital transformation projects.
TYSAPA is looking for a motivated Graduate Intern to support our work across applied AI, software platforms, data analytics, workflow automation, product design, and client delivery.
This internship is designed for students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals who want practical experience in building real digital systems. TYSAPA works on operational platforms, workflow digitization, intelligent document processing, dashboards, AI-assisted automation, data systems, and client-specific software solutions. The company’s solution areas include digitization, automation, selective AI, workflow integrations, intelligent document processing, analytics, governance, and AI productization.
The role is flexible. Depending on the candidate’s skills, the intern may contribute to software development, AI/data experiments, UI/UX design, documentation, testing, market research, proposal support, or client implementation tasks.
This is not a passive internship. We are looking for someone who is curious, reliable, willing to learn, and able to contribute to real work under guidance.

Role & responsibilities
- Support internal product development and client project work based on your skills and learning goals.
- Assist with research, documentation, testing, data preparation, product notes, and technical summaries.
- Help build or improve small software features, dashboards, prototypes, or internal tools where appropriate.
- Support AI/data tasks such as document extraction tests, dataset preparation, prompt testing, model output review, or workflow validation.
- Assist UI/UX and product teams with wireframes, user flows, content structure, product research, or interface reviews.
- Help prepare project documents, user guides, demo materials, meeting notes, and client-facing summaries.
- Participate in team discussions and learn how requirements become working software features.
- Support quality checks by testing forms, dashboards, workflows, permissions, uploads, and AI-assisted outputs.
- Conduct market, competitor, technology, or use-case research for selected TYSAPA products and solutions.
- Complete assigned tasks responsibly and communicate progress, questions, and blockers clearly.
Requirements
- Student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in computer science, AI, data science, software engineering, information systems, design, business analytics, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
- Basic experience in at least one relevant area: Python, JavaScript, React, data analysis, AI/ML, UI/UX, research, documentation, testing, or business analysis.
- Strong willingness to learn and work on practical problems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow instructions, ask clear questions, and complete tasks on time.
- Interest in AI, automation, software platforms, data systems, dashboards, workflow tools, or digital transformation.
- Basic understanding of Git, Figma, Excel, SQL, APIs, or cloud tools is helpful but not mandatory.
- Portfolio, GitHub, university project, design sample, writing sample, or previous internship experience is helpful.
- Attention to detail and ability to work carefully with documents, data, and digital tools.
- Professional attitude and openness to feedback.
