QA, DevOps & Release Engineer — Production Readiness, Testing & Deployment
Test, deploy, monitor, secure, and maintain TYSAPA’s platforms so they work reliably in real client environments.
TYSAPA is looking for a QA, DevOps & Release Engineer to support quality assurance, deployment, release management, monitoring, and production readiness. This function is essential because TYSAPA’s platforms handle workflows, documents, user roles, approvals, dashboards, AI outputs, and client data.
At an early stage, this role can be part-time or project-based, but the responsibility is important. The person in this role helps make sure that systems are not only built, but tested, documented, deployed, monitored, backed up, and maintained properly.
The ideal candidate should understand both testing and deployment discipline. They should be able to test business workflows, reproduce bugs, validate permissions, manage environments, support CI/CD, and help the team release with more confidence.
Role & responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans for web applications, dashboards, workflows, permissions, forms, documents, APIs, integrations, and AI-assisted outputs.
- Perform manual testing, regression testing, release verification, and user acceptance testing support.
- Support automated testing where appropriate.
- Manage or support development, staging, and production environments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, server setup, environment variables, logs, backups, and deployment documentation.
- Monitor application performance, errors, uptime, security issues, and operational stability.
- Validate role-based access, audit trails, data handling, file uploads, notifications, and workflow edge cases.
- Work with developers to reproduce bugs, document issues clearly, and verify fixes.
- Support cloud, private cloud, hybrid, or on-prem deployment models depending on client requirements.
- Help define TYSAPA’s release checklist, QA process, deployment standards, and production-readiness practices.
Requirements
- Experience in QA testing, DevOps, software operations, deployment, technical support, or release engineering.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, Linux, CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting, monitoring tools, and basic networking.
- Ability to test web applications, APIs, permissions, workflows, forms, dashboards, and business logic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document bugs clearly.
- Understanding of backups, access control, environment management, logging, and production support.
- Experience with Node.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Python, or containerized applications is helpful.
- Experience testing AI, document-processing, data, or workflow automation systems is a strong advantage.
- Security awareness and disciplined handling of client data.
- Ability to work calmly under release pressure and support production troubleshooting.
