TYSAPA is looking for a UI/UX & Workflow Product Designer to design interfaces for practical business systems. Many TYSAPA products and client projects involve complex workflows: documents, approvals, dashboards, user roles, AI review, task management, reporting, messaging, file sharing, and operational records. These systems must be clear, professional, and easy to use.

This role is not only about visual design. It requires understanding how users move through a process, how information should be structured, how errors and exceptions should appear, and how AI-assisted outputs should be reviewed by humans. The designer should be able to create interfaces that are elegant but also operationally useful.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable designing dashboards, admin panels, workflow screens, forms, tables, review states, and user journeys for business users.

Role & responsibilities

  • Design interfaces for dashboards, workflow platforms, portals, admin panels, document review screens, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, design components, and design systems.
  • Design clear user experiences for approvals, status tracking, document review, task management, reporting, notifications, and data entry.
  • Create AI review interfaces with confidence indicators, correction flows, approval steps, and transparent output presentation.
  • Work with product leads to understand users, workflows, pain points, and business context.
  • Work with engineers to ensure designs are technically practical, responsive, accessible, and implementable.
  • Support product demos, landing pages, client mockups, presentation visuals, and internal product concepts.
  • Improve usability, navigation, layout, consistency, accessibility, and visual quality across products.
  • Help establish a consistent TYSAPA product design language.
  • Review implemented screens and provide practical design feedback before release.

Requirements

  • Experience designing web applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, workflow systems, admin panels, or enterprise tools.
  • Strong Figma or equivalent design-tool skills.
  • Ability to design clean, structured, professional, and business-oriented interfaces.
  • Understanding of forms, tables, filters, charts, user roles, permissions, workflow states, and approval flows.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and business teams.
  • Portfolio showing practical product design, not only branding or marketing pages.
  • Experience designing AI tools, document review systems, analytics dashboards, CRM/ERP modules, or operational platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Basic understanding of frontend implementation constraints is helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail, consistency, spacing, hierarchy, and usability.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to shape the user experience of TYSAPA’s product and client platform ecosystem.
  • Work on practical interfaces used for documents, workflows, dashboards, AI review, and operational decision-making.
  • Direct collaboration with product, engineering, AI/data, and leadership.
  • Flexible structure suitable for part-time, contract, or full-time collaboration.
  • Space to define reusable UI components and design standards from an early stage.
  • A design environment focused on clarity, usability, and professional business software.
