UI/UX & Workflow Product Designer

Job ID · TYS-UIUX-WORKFLOW

Full-time · Part-time · Contract · Remote-friendlyRemote-friendly

TYSAPA is looking for a UI/UX & Workflow Product Designer to design interfaces for complex but usable business systems. Many TYSAPA solutions involve workflows, approvals, documents, dashboards, AI review panels, meeting outputs, analytics, user roles, and operational records. These systems must be clear, trusted, and easy to adopt.

The role requires more than visual design. The designer must understand user flows, business logic, forms, tables, status changes, exception handling, review steps, and decision points. The goal is to make advanced systems feel simple and controlled for real users.

Role & responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces for dashboards, workflow platforms, portals, admin panels, document review screens, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, design systems, and reusable components.
  • Design clear experiences for approvals, status tracking, document review, task management, data entry, reporting, and notifications.
  • Create AI review interfaces with confidence indicators, correction flows, human approval steps, and transparent output presentation.
  • Work with product leads to understand users, workflows, pain points, and business context.
  • Work with engineers to make sure designs are practical, responsive, accessible, and technically implementable.
  • Support design for TYSAPA’s product portfolio, client-specific platforms, landing pages, demo screens, and presentation mockups.
  • Improve usability, navigation, consistency, layout, accessibility, and visual quality across products.
  • Conduct light user testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
  • Help establish TYSAPA’s product design language for professional AI and operational platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience designing web applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, workflow systems, admin panels, or enterprise tools.
  • Strong Figma or equivalent design-tool skills.
  • Ability to design clean, structured, professional, and business-oriented interfaces.
  • Understanding of forms, tables, filters, charts, approval flows, permissions, workflow states, and user roles.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and business teams.
  • Strong portfolio showing practical product design, not only marketing pages.
  • Experience designing AI products, document review systems, analytics dashboards, CRM/ERP modules, or operational platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Basic understanding of frontend implementation constraints is helpful.
  • Attention to detail and ability to create consistent, elegant, and usable designs.

Benefits

  • Shape the user experience of TYSAPA’s AI-enabled product ecosystem.
  • Work on practical systems used for operations, collaboration, documents, analytics, and decision support.
  • Direct collaboration with product, engineering, AI, and leadership teams.
  • Flexible work structure suitable for full-time, part-time, or project-based collaboration.
  • Growth path toward Product Design Lead, UX Lead, or Head of Design.
  • Opportunity to define the visual and usability standards of a growing technology company.
